Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the software product ("Product") provided by Business Automated! ("Company"). By using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Product.

License

The Product is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. You may use the Product only for your personal or business use, and may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the Product to any third party.

Ownership

The Product, including all intellectual property rights therein, belongs to Company. Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

Use of the Product

You may use the Product only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Product in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Product or interfere with any other party's use of the Product. You may not use the Product to engage in any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.

User Content

The Product may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you provide through the Product. Company has no responsibility or liability for User Content.

By providing User Content through the Product, you grant Company a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised.

Termination

Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Product immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Product will immediately cease.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, Company will provide notice via the Product or by email. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Company's sole discretion. By continuing to use the Product after any such revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
